You'll first need to install ESLint:$ npm i eslint --save-dev
Next, install
eslint-plugin-test-filenames
:$ npm install eslint-plugin-test-filenames --save-dev
Note: If you installed ESLint globally (using the
-g
flag) then you must also install eslint-plugin-test-filenames
globally.Usage
Addtest-filenames
to the plugins section of your ESLint configuration file. You can omit the eslint-plugin-
prefix:```yaml
plugins: - test-filenamesThen configure the rules you want to use under the rules section.
```yaml
# ...
rules:
- test-filenames/suffix: error

- no-subdirs: Prevent directories within test directories
- suffix: Require a filename suffix on every test file
